We currently ship to the United States and selected international regions.

Available shipping destinations may vary based on checkout settings, warehouse availability, carrier restrictions, and local regulations.

3. Warehouses

Depending on product availability and delivery address, orders may be shipped from our warehouses or fulfillment partners in the United States, China, Poland, or other available fulfillment locations.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Other regions: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be responsible for reshipping costs or refunding shipping fees.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hitienx@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will help check the shipment status with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
